Full Terms & Conditions (Trade Promotion Draw)

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is 5Ways Foodservice Pty Ltd (ABN 55 096 671 920) of 15-17 Quality Drive Dandenong South VIC 3175 (“Promoter”).
1.2 By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Promotion

2.1 The promotion is a trade promotion draw conducted in connection with the Promoter’s Collaborazione 2026 event (“Promotion”).
2.2 Promotion name: Collaborazione 2026 – Trip for 2 to Las Vegas Trade Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion opens at 23 March 2026, 10:30am and closes on 23 March 2026, 1:30pm (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. Event Details

4.1 The qualifying event is Collaborazione 2026 at The Dingley Hotel, 334–348 Boundary Road, Dingley Village VIC 3172, held Monday 23 March 2026 (“Event”).
4.2 Passport submission cut-off is 1:00pm on Event day (“Cut-off”).

5. Eligibility

5.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who, at the time of entry, at the time of the draw, and at the time the Prize (as defined in clause 8 below) is awarded, are:

Existing customers:
being active customers of the Promoter or employees/representatives of a business which is an active customer of the Promoter, with a current customer account in good standing

5.2 For the purposes of these Terms, an account is in “good standing” if it is not on credit hold/stop and is not materially overdue beyond the account’s agreed trading terms (as reasonably determined by the Promoter).

5.3 Ineligible persons include:
(a) employees of the Promoter;
(b) employees/representatives of participating suppliers exhibiting at the Event;
(c) employees/representatives of the Promoter’s agencies and contractors involved in the Promotion; and
(d) immediate family members of those persons.

5.4 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility (including identity, age, authority to accept on behalf of a business, and customer/account status) and may disqualify an entrant who fails to provide proof on request.

6. How to Enter

6.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must, in person at the Event and before the Cut-off:
(a) check-in and obtain an official tradeshow passport (“Passport”);
(b) visit each participating supplier stand and obtain the official supplier stamp on the Passport;
(c) lodge two (2) qualifying turn-in orders on the day with two (2) different participating suppliers (Supplier A ≠ Supplier B) using the official 5Ways tradeshow turn-in order process; and
(d) submit the fully stamped Passport to the 5Ways Hub Desk before the Cut-off.

6.2 The Promoter’s decision about whether a Passport is “fully stamped” is final.

6.3 Entry limit: One (1) entry per 5Ways customer account / business. If multiple people attend from the same business, the business holding the customer account will be required to nominate an employee or representative to receive the Prize.

6.4 No responsibility is accepted for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected Passports or entries.

7. Definitions

7.1 “Participating supplier” means a supplier exhibitor at the Event with a designated stand and official stamp.
7.2 “Passport Number” means the unique identifier printed on the Passport and used to link orders and entries to the customer account.
7.3 “Qualifying turn-in order” means an order that:
(a) is lodged on Event day via the official Promoter tradeshow turn-in order process (including any digital/Excel order sheet process);
(b) clearly identifies the customer’s Passport Number and customer account details;
(c) is placed with a participating supplier; and
(d) is not cancelled in full by the entrant prior to dispatch (subject to clause 9.4).

7.4 The Promoter may set or publish additional requirements for qualifying orders (e.g., minimum order value/lines) in the Collaborazione attendee brochure. If published in the Event materials, those requirements form part of these Terms.

8. Prize

8.1 One (1) prize will be awarded: “Trip for 2 to Las Vegas to attend the 2027 International Pizza Expo” (“Prize”).
8.2 Prize inclusions:
(a) return economy airfares for two (2) people, being the Prize winner and a travel companion the Prize winner nominates upon acceptance of the Prize, from Melbourne to Las Vegas (or nearest major airport as determined by the Promoter);
(b) 5 nights’ accommodation (twin/double share) at a hotel selected by the Promoter;
(c) airport transfers;
(d) tickets/registration to the 2027 International Pizza Expo; and
(e) 2 Tickets to the Cirque du Soleil, Las Vegas.

8.3 Save for the included items listed in clause 8.2 above, the Promoter will not cover the cost of any other expenses incurred by the Prize winner as a consequence of accepting the Prize, including but not limited to: passports, visas/ESTA, travel insurance, meals (unless stated), spending money, room service, minibar, additional activities, incidentals, taxes/fees not included in airfare/hotel quote, upgrades, and any costs of changing confirmed bookings.

8.4 Total prize value is up to AUD $10,000

8.5 Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter may substitute the Prize (or any part) with a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to the cost of the inclusions listed at clause 8.2 above exceeding AUD $10,000.

8.6 Travel must be taken within the window: 1 March 2027 and 31 March 2027, subject to airline/hotel availability.

8.7 The Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary unless the Promoter agrees otherwise.

8.8 The Prize winner’s travel companion must be an Australian resident aged 18 or older at the time the Prize is awarded

9. Draw, Notification & Verification

9.1 The draw will take place at 1:20pm 23 March 2026 at The Dingley Hotel 334–348 Boundary Road, Dingley Village VIC 3172 (“Draw”).
9.2 The first entry validly drawn in accordance with the requirements of clause 5 above will win the Prize.

9.3 The winner will be notified in person on the day of the Draw. The outcome of the draw will also be published on the Promoter’s website, and the winner will also be notified in writing by email to the email address provided by the winner at the time of entry into the Draw.

9.4 Order verification: The Promoter will verify that the two (2) qualifying turn-in orders were lodged in accordance with clause 7.3.
(a) If either qualifying order is cancelled in full by the entrant prior to dispatch, the entry is void and a redraw will occur.
(b) If an order cannot be fulfilled due to supply constraints or circumstances beyond the entrant’s control (as reasonably determined by the Promoter), the entry will remain valid.

9.5 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information, or otherwise breaches these Terms.

9.6 If the winner does not respond on the day of notification, cannot satisfy eligibility/verification requirements, or refuses to sign the Winner Acceptance & Release, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.

9.7 A redraw (if required) will occur on Monday 30 March at 1:00pm at 5Ways Foodservice Office, 15-17 Quality Drive Dandenong South VIC 3175, subject to any regulatory requirements.

10. Publicity

10.1 As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Prize winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity (photo/video at handover, short quote) in relation to the Promotion, unless prohibited by law. The Promoter may use the Prize winner’s name, business name, suburb and image for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion without further payment.

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion or Prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of law.
11.3 The Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and meet all travel, visa and entry requirements.

12. Privacy

12.1 Personal information is collected to conduct and administer the Promotion and may be disclosed to suppliers, travel agents and service providers for that purpose.
12.2 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy: available on request.

13. General

13.1 The Promoter’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final.
13.2 The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if required for legal, safety or operational reasons, subject to any regulatory approval.
13.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
